I am a qualified and registered nutritional therapist (BSc (Hons), DipION, mBANT, rCNHC) and health coach. I run a physical clinic in London and an online clinic, specialising in holistic nutritional therapy practice tailored for busy, demanding lives.
My clients often face competing demands on their time, yet aspire to elevate every walk of their lives, be it home, work or play.
My clinical focus includes weight loss / management, cardiovascular health, metabolic imbalances, digestive health, autoimmunity, hormonal imbalances, stress, sleep, general well-being, health maintenance I also offer wellbeing talks, workshops, drop-in nutrition clinics in local communities and corporates.
