Hi I'm Ruchi


I am a qualified and registered nutritional therapist (BSc (Hons), DipION, mBANT, rCNHC) and work across a wide range of health conditions. My clients often face competing demands on their time, yet aspire to elevate every walk of their lives, be it home, work or play.

I run a physical London clinic and an online clinic. My clinical focus includes digestive health, cardiovascular health, metabolic imbalances, weight management, autoimmunity, hormonal imbalances, general well-being and health maintenance. I also offer wellbeing talks and programmes in local communities and corporates.
