QUESTIONNAIRE & FOOD DIARY
In preparation for our first consultation, you will be sent an in-depth questionnaire and a food diary to complete. These should be completed at least two business days prior to our first consultation.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
The standard initial consultation lasts around 75-90 minutes and can be online or in-person. It involves an in-depth discussion of your current health concerns, symptoms, medical and family history, diagnoses and treatments. In addition, your dietary and lifestyle habits including physical activity levels, medication, supplement use and any recent test results will be reviewed. Together, we will establish personalised wellness goals and develop a comprehensive plan incorporating dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, supplementation and testing as appropriate.
FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS
Subsequent follow-up sessions are online. They typically last between 15-45 minutes and are scheduled according to your chosen package and the level of support you need. These regular check-ins are essential for monitoring progress, making adjustments to your personalised plan, and ensuring you stay on track towards your health goals. Depending on the complexity of your health condition, additional follow-ups may be recommended.
