Meet Ruchi
Ruchi Bhuwania Lohia is a longevity focused qualified and registered nutritional therapist (BSc (Hons), DipION, mBANT, rCNHC), corporate wellness specialist, wellness coach, speaker, and founder of Wellness with Ruchi.
With 18 years’ experience as a senior executive in mergers & acquisitions in finance in London, Ruchi understands first-hand how overwhelming work and life demands can become, and what it really takes to manage stress, prevent burnout, and not just sustain but thrive in demanding environments.
At Wellness with Ruchi, we specialise in creating deeply personalised, practical and evidence-based corporate wellness programmes that are aligned with your wellbeing initiatives and strategy.
