Hi I'm Ruchi
MY RELATIONSHIP WITH WELLNESS STARTED IN MY CHILDHOOD IN THE 80'S & 90'S.
I grew up in India in the backdrop of my grandad’s pursuit for healthy eating and living and consequently was exposed to a wide array of health hacks, long before they gained popularity with the wider world.
After university, I qualified as a chartered accountant in London and spent 18 years working in a fast-paced career in Finance. Despite my upbringing, I was not always able to prioritise healthy living. I put this down to my invincible approach to life in my twenties, lack of awareness and poor choices.
As I entered my 30's, I felt drawn towards healthier living and ageing.
This growing interest was fuelled by a couple of my own health hiccups which included development of an autoimmune thyroid condition and a back surgery. I consider the back surgery to be a turning point in my life. Coming out of rehab, I knew I wanted to take back control of my health and elevate my life mentally and physically, and voila a new passion for wellness was born, led by a renewed purpose.
I SPENT THE NEXT 4 YEARS RETRAINING TO QUALIFY AS A BANT & CNHC ACCREDITED NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST
I truly believe this is my calling and feel passionate about empowering my clients to optimise their health and supporting them every step of the way. I work with female and male clients across a wide range of health conditions. My clients often face competing demands on their time, yet aspire to elevate every walk of their lives, at home, work or play.

My clinical focus includes holistic weight loss & weight managemnt, metabolic health (including type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, raised liver enzymes), gut health, underactive thyroid hormonal imbalances, injury recovery, general well-being and health maintenance. Owing to my background, I also have a keen interest in boosting workplace wellbeing by improving sleep, energy and mental and physical resilience.
